Did you know that you can do that? I found this afternoon that when things seemed a little tough I started thinking about all the good things in my life and all the ways God has blessed me and it encouraged me to be happy in spite of the circumstances. It did not change the situtation or make it go away but it made the load a little easier to carry! The Bible tells us Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8
It takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile!

I love that song. We need to add it to our collection of songs that we are going to sing together. Lol.
